I love spicy mayo that is used at Sushi restaurants. I've tried to make it, but it was never just right and I assumed it was because I wasn't using the original Kewpi (Japanese) mayo or the right spicy sauce, but I finally found the real recipe, tried it and Eureka, this is it.
This is what you'll need:
1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise (Hellman's or Kraft, Miracle whip will NOT do)
2 tbsp kosher Sriracha hot sauce (the one with the rooster on it)
1/4 tsp roated sesame oil (this is the secret ingredient)
Whisk it all together and dip away!
