1-2-3 Greek salad recipe

If you've never had a Greek salad on a hot summer's day, you don't know what your missing! It's one of the tastied, easiest and freshest salads I know. Many recipes call for many different ingredients, mine is a minimalist version, but I and everyone who's eaten it just loves it. This is what you'll need:

1 large romain lettuce
2 large tomatoes
2 cumcumbers
1 small red onion
1 cup Kalamata olives
1 pound Kosher Feta cheese
olive oil
white vinegar
Dried oregano
salt and peper

On a large platter lay all the washed and cut of lettuce, then top with a layer of slices cucumber, then a layer or tomatoes, a layer of thinly sliced onions, followed by the oilves and crumbled or cubed cheese.
I like to sprinkle the whole with Oregano, then I mix oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and more oregano and dress the salad. Serve with crusty bread or a nice pasta salad.

Enjoy!
