My recipe has been passed onto me by my mother's friend and so far I've passed it onto at least 20 people who absolutely love it. My favorite way to serve it is with a side of white rice, and a simple tomato and cucumber salad.
Here's what you'll need:
1 pound chicken breast
2 eggs
1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs (you can use plain if you prefer)
1 tbsp Dijon
1 clove garlic
Cut into thin strips or larger, smack thin
Beat 2 eggs add 1 large spoon of Dijon mustard, fresh garlic, onion & garlic powder, dried parsley, some salt & pepper. Marinate, ideally overnight, or at least 2 hours. Pass in flavoured kosher breadcrumbs and shallow fry.
