Quick and easy kosher Chili recipe

Ever dig into a hot bowl of Chili on a cold night? Let me tell you, nothing is as satisfying and delicious. I have an easy recipe that you'll love preparing as much as serving, this is what you'll need:

1 large onion diced
2 garlic cloves crushed
1 red pepper diced
1 yellow pepper diced
1 can yellow corn or frozen
1 can black beans
1 can red kidney beans
1 pound  kosher ground beef-chicken or turkey (optional if you want a vegetarian meal)
1 can tomatoes- that you crush
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp cumin
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp oregano
cayenne pepper optional

In a large pot or skillet, add in 2 tbsps of oil, then saute the onion and garlic, once softened, add in the meat and cook till browned. Then add the diced veggies and cook till they softened, to that, add in the beans and spices, with a can of tomatoes that you've crushed and let simmer for 30 to 40 minutes till the sauce has reduced.
Add to rice or as a main meal.

Enjoy!
