You'll need:
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups all purpose flour
¼ cup oatmeal
¼ cup bulgar wheat
¼ cup chopped walnuts
1 handful flax seed
1 handful anis seeds
1 handful sunflower seeds
2 tsps sugar
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
¼ olive oil
2 ¼ tsp dry yeast ( proof with directions – ¼ cup warm water + 1tsp sugar till foamy and doubled)
1 ½ water (more or less)
Preheat oven 350 degrees
In large bowl put all dry ingredients and mix together then add your proofed yeast, then start to mix slowly, add oil, water and knead until a nice ball is formed (might be a bit sticky, you can dust flour on it). Grease your bowl with oil lightly and place your ball in it and cover with plastic wrap, let it rise for at least an hour in warm place till it doubles in size.
When done rising, punch down and knead again, then oil bread loaf pan and place dough in pan.
Score with knife, let rise again for an hour or so till doubled at least then brush with egg wash and sprinkle with oatmeal.
Bake for at least 40 min…till the whole house smells amazing and then some.
