Coleslaw

I like cabbage raw, cooked, baked and boiled. I know not everyone shares my tastes, but for those who do, here is a simple coleslaw great as an added shabbat salad or amazing as a side when BBQing. Here's what you'll need:

1/2 green cabbage shredded prefferably with a mandolin (you can do it with a knife or in the food processor, but I preffer it this way)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried parsley
2 tbsps white vinegar or lemon
salt and pepper
1/4 tsp sugar (optional)

Toss everything together in a large bowl and voila!
If you'd like to up the flavor, you can always add 1 tsp of Dijon mustard.
