1 butternut squash peeled and cubed
2 onions quartered
2 tsps olive oil
2 cups water or chicken stock or vegetable stock
salt & pepper
2 tbsps of brown sugar
1/8 tsp nutmeg (optional)2 tbsps of brown sugar
1/8 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Boil till tender blend with an immersion blender till smooth.
