Collard greens AKA "les blettes"

This is my brother's favorite salad on Passover so I will share it with you all, here's what you'll need:

2 packs of collard greens
3 cloves crushed garlic
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1/4 oil
juice of 1 lemon
salt & pepper

Remove the top leaves then remove the strings (like a celery) and chop into small pieces, boil for around 20 to 25 minutes till tender, then rinse with cold water. In a pan heat the oil then add the garlic, the spices and lemon juice, bring to gentle boil and add the greens then cook on low heat till everything is absorbed into the greens. Cool and store in the fridge.
