I'll start going through my mental repertoire of Sephardi recipes and dig up some Ashkenazi recipes that I've tried over the years on Passover.
Things like my mom's Haroset, Passover bread, eggplant salad, Matza farfel casserole, broad bean Passover soup and many more good things.
