8 kosher crab sticks
6-7 Lebanese cucumbers peeled
1 cup Kikoman Panko crumbs (lightly toasted in a pan with a teaspoon of oil)
2 avocados
1/4 cup spicy mayonnaise
Recipe: 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise (Hellman's or Kraft, Miracle whip will NOT do)
2 tbsp Sriracha hot sauce (the one with the rooster on it)
1/4 tsp roasted sesame oil (this is the secret ingredient)Start by pulling apart the crab sticks to get strings then cut them in 3. Peel and slice the cucumber into matchsticks about the same size as the crab stick. In a bowl toss them this all together, then add the dressing, then the Panko crumbs and finally top with slices of avocado. Enjoy!
