This past week I changed my routine and swapped my morning latte for a smoothie. Oddly enough, even though smoothies have been around for a long time, it was the first time I had tried one. My inspiration came from too much raspberry yogurt in the fridge and lots of fresh fruit. Here's what you'll need:
(makes 2 medium size drinks)
1 banana
4 strawberries
1/4 orange juice
1/2 cup raspberry yogurt
4 ice cubes
Pop everything in a blender and blend till smooth. If you find it too liquid, add yogurt or if too thick, you can add juice. Pour it into a tall glass and enjoy!
(you can swap the fruit for whichever one you prefer, same goes for the yogurt)
