When it comes to dressings, I'm sometimes annoyed by the fact that there aren't that many kosher options. But I don't despair, when I can't buy, I can always make, so that's why I tried out this new recipe which has a few variations to it. Here's what you'll need:
A. simple dressing
1 tbsp kosher toasted sesame oil
1 tsp tahini paste
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp honey
1/3 cup rice vinegar
B. Creamy version
Same as above but add to that 1 tbsp mayonnaise (for a creamy and smooth texture, use a hand blender)
C. For an added kick
Same as A but add 2 tbsps chopped green onions or 1 tsp chopped garlic
You can use this dressing on salads or even as a dip, enjoy!
Whisk everything or shake it up in a bottle
