3 fennel bulbs sliced thinly
1/2 cup dried cranberries1 lemon (juiced)
1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 garlic powder
1/2 tsp honey
salt & pepper
1/3 cup toasted almond slivers (optional)
