Iced coffee

I love coffee no matter which way it's served up, but on a day like today, where you could melt away if you stay out too long, I like my coffee cold. We can't always step out of work whenever we're in the mood, so I make my own, it's easy and tasty and much cheaper, especially if like me, you have more than one a day. So here's what you'll need:

1 1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
1 teaspoon instant coffee
3-4 ice cubes
whip cream (optional)
1 tbsp boiling water
In a mug or glass, add the coffee and sugar then add the water to dissolve it all, then add the ice cubes and top with milk, stir top with whip cream and enjoy!
