Broad beans with lemons and garlic

As a side to my fish balls this Shabbat, I made broad beans with the same type of sauce. I've only ever made them with paprika, but we really enjoyed them like this as well.
Here's what you'll need:




1 package of kosher frozen broad beans
1 red pepper sliced
1 lemon washed and sliced thinly
3-4 cloves garlic
1/8 tsp of Turmeric or less
3 tbsp oil
salt

In a pot add all the ingredients and almost cover with water, make sure that the water doesn't cover them completely. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat to a simmer, cover and let them cook for 45 minutes. Uncover and cook for another 20 minutes till they are soft and have darkened.
