Black beer chicken

I had people over last week and one of the foods on the buffet was chicken. I decided to try something different and everyone liked it, so here's what you'll need:

12 to 16  drumsticks
1 bottle black beer (non-alcoholic)
1 tbsp honey Dijon mustard
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1 tsp honey (optional)
1 tbsp ketchup
salt and pepper
1 tbsp olive oil

Mix all the ingredients (except the chicken) together then place the chicken in a large freezer bag and pour the sauce into it, close the bag and marinate overnight or for at least 4 hours. Place the chicken and sauce in a large Pyrex or roasting dish and place in a preheated 400F oven on roast for 1 hour covered (halfway through baking, baste the chicken). After about 1 hour,uncover, baste and continue roasting for another 15 minutes till brown and caramelized.
