At home olive dip

Hi everyone,

I know I haven't posted anything in a long while and I miss it, but because my hand is not 100% I need to use it the least possible. I'm breaking the rules for this quick and easy recipe, which I'm sure you'll enjoy on Shabbat or weekdays, my husband bought it a few times and I decided to make it at home instead, so here's what you'll need:
(makes about 1 cup)

1 cup kosher mayonnaise
1/3 cup green olives, pitted
1 medium carrot, peeled
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp honey
salt and pepper
1 tsp hot sauce (optional)

In a small food processor, start by pulsing the carrot into small bits, then add the olives and pulse till chopped but not too fine.
In a bowl, mix the chopped ingredients with the mayonnaise and spices and serve. (Don't be tempted to make too much at a time like I was, because you'll end up with soup! The water from the olives release after 2 days and the whole thing is ruined).
This dip is great with breads, pita and crackers. Enjoy!
