Pressed tuna wraps

Last night's supper was pressed tuna wraps, it's simple and tasty.  It can be served with soup and salad for a balanced supper.
Here's  what you'll  need:

(serves 6)

6 large pesto or sun-dried tomato flavored tortilla wraps
2 cans tuna
6 pickles chopped very finely
6 green  onions sliced very finely
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 cup  light  mayonnaise (more depending on how wet you like it)
Salt and pepper
1 cup shredded lettuce
2 thinly sliced tomatoes
2 avocados sliced
12 slices  of  cheese (2 per wrap)


On one wrap lay 2 slices  of  cheese the 1/4  cup tuna salad, add lettuce,slices of tomatoes and avocado then  fold up the tortilla, by taking in the outer left and right sides and folding then inwards, then roll once from the bottom up and fold over. Place in a panini press till golden . Slice in two on a bias and serve with tomato soup and garden salad.  Enjoy!
